AbstractThe crisis of the education system is permanent and inclusive in which it has set each place, time and situation the realm of its movements. A clear example of this is the emergence of the covid-19. At the same time, online education has become more prominent than ever, imposed itself on educational systems on a large scale between "presence and distance" (hybrid). The university, as a center of observation and processing of events, has increased its efforts to reproduce itself in this situation. Hence, the present study aims to analyze the current and previous situation and the need to get out of this situation was done with the perspective of designing a model of a modern university. This research has been designed with a historical, ethnographic approach and based on participatory observation. Target population is undergraduate students of educational sciences and psychology at Hakim Sabzevari University, whose communication process has been deeply observed for two consecutive years. Undoubtedly their interactions with the three organizational domains of the university, the family institution, and the public arena have been challenged.
